1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Turin provides tools to build and generate Apple Shortcuts. The Platform includes an AI generation engine and a visual builder.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use AI generation and the visual builder. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time payments via Stripe. Credits never expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Free credits (signup bonus and monthly free credits) have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload or generate shortcuts that contain malicious functionality
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform
Abuse the AI generation system or circumvent credit limits

6. Intellectual Property

Shortcuts you create belong to you. The Turin Platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by Turin.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turin is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any shortcuts generated, compiled, or installed through it.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
