By accessing or using Turin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using Turin, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Turin provides tools to build and generate Apple Shortcuts (.shortcut files). The Platform includes an AI generation engine and a visual builder. Turin is a third-party platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Shortcuts generated by Turin are created using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or functionality of any AI-generated shortcut. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any shortcut before installing it on your device.
Apple Shortcuts have the ability to access personal data, system settings, and perform actions on your device. Use caution when installing shortcuts. We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or security breaches resulting from the use of shortcuts created or installed through the Platform.
Visitors may preview shortcut generation before creating an account. Signed-in users may receive a limited daily allowance for AI requests and completed shortcut builds. Free access is subject to browser, account, daily, per-minute, service-wide, and abuse limits, as well as third-party model availability. Unused allowance does not roll over, has no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn.
Continued use beyond the free allowance requires credits. Credits are purchased as one-time payments via Stripe, never expire, and represent one US dollar of balance. Paid AI requests consume credits according to reported model usage, including clarifying questions, follow-ups, and automatic repair attempts. Compilation costs 0.1 credit only after an installable paid shortcut is successfully stored; cache hits are not charged the compilation fee. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Shortcuts you create belong to you. By creating public shortcuts or sharing them on our marketplace, you grant Turin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, and distribute that content. The Turin Platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by Turin.
Turin is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any shortcuts generated through it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
